I notice that if I have negative chatter about someone else, what’s going on more deeply is a cry from a neglected part of my own self wanting to be seen, heard and embraced.
If I sit quietly, I can start with seeing the other person bathed in white light. Then, from there, I can go inside and find the neglected part of my self and bathe it in white light and love.
“As above, so below.” Anything that I am experiencing out in front of me (judgments) is a reflection of what is going on deep inside of me. Life is a mirror. Every time.
